You are part of the Incident Management Team for a multinational financial company headquartered in London, UK with  offices across the world – including in Santander, Spain. Your team are alerted to the news of the Santander office being raided by national police and that the head of the office has been arrested.

As more details come through, you and your team must work together to determine the facts of the raid, fight disinformation and protect the reputation of your company!

Notes

This is a MEDIUM-level exercise lasting between 60-90 minutes, including an after action review. 

This is a Multi-MEL exercise, meaning there is an initial main events list with options for either a positive and negative ending as the exercise at the discretion of the Facilitator.

This can be played solo or with a team - all players will have the same role and responsibilities

This is a facilitated exercise with the training audience working in parallel as solo players. The player will be required to role-play as their organisation, and the Facilitator should be comfortable with assigning the relevant permissions.

There is also the option for the Facilitator to role-play as various stakeholders to create a more dynamic experience.

Pattern of Life content is provided and is desirable but not mandatory.
